Refund/Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
Any products that arrive damaged will be replaced at no charge to the customer within 10 days of the customer advising us in writing and supplying photos verifying the product damage. Tickets purchased for events, education or membership services cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event purchased is cancelled or the minimum membership term completed. Refunds on cancelled events will be issued within 10 of the events cancellation.

Cancellation policy
Orders for product must be cancelled in writing at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund. Orders for event, education or membership services do not qualify for a refund unless the order is cancelled in writing within 24 hours of being made or the event purchased is cancelled.

Shipping & Handling

All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 7 Days of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.
